Hiring for LAWN CARE CREW MEMBER Must have a valid US Driver’s License. 40 hours a week (8 to 10 hour days depending on weather). 7a.m. start time We are a locally owned small business with 25 years in the industry currently interviewing for immediate hire. As a crew member you will be driving a truck with an attached trailer around the Colorado Springs area to commercial and residential customers. As a crew member you must be willing to follow through with instructions for each landscape. At each property you will skillfully mow, aerate, trim, hedge, leaf blow and/or clean up as the customer requested. You will be responsible to safely and properly operate and maintain machines, equipment and trucks and treat the customers with respect and understanding. Qualifications: Must have a valid US driver’s license Reliable transportation and including ability to show up to work on time. A clean cut professional appearance Willingness to learn and follow instructions Be honest, responsible, trustworthy Be a team player, able to work well with others Have attention to detail and a desire to do the job right Be able to work unsupervised Able to lift heavy loads Enjoy working outdoors Must have good people/customer service skills Professional experience in grounds maintenance is beneficial but not necessary Irrigation and/ or mechanical skills are a plus.
