Looking for an independent, responsible, and dependable person to manage and maintain my 4-plex and townhome in East Anchorage. Pay: $25/hour - average 10 to 20 hours per month Responsibilities include: - Cleaning and preparing apartments between tenants. (One of the apartments is fully furnished, rented short term on Airbnb and will require thorough cleaning between each guest.) - Monitoring the Airbnb calendar for new bookings and ensuring the apartment is ready for each new guest. - Responding to all questions and maintenance requests from tenants and Airbnb guests. - Regularly inspecting properties and completing all basic repairs and maintenance as needed for both the 4-plex and townhome, including lawn mowing, snow removal, painting, unclogging drains, repairing simple leaks, patching holes, etc. - Coordinating with contractors for complex repairs and maintenance. - Coordinating with tenant applicants to show empty apartments. - Other duties as needed If interested, please email me your qualifications and I will contact you to schedule an interview.
