Downey restaurant and bar is growing and hiring an assistant manager QUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years Food/Hospitality Industry • 2+ years Managerial Experience of a team of 5 or more • Strong management and presentation skills • Strong influence, interpersonal and communication skills • Analytical skills *Responsible for day to day operations during morning hours (light management) *Responsible for marketing and advertising ( In the scope of programing signature nights for the nightclub part of the business including but not limited to book host that bring people to the club, Book djs, coordinating with promoters to organize events, set up and deploy paid advertising campaign for the night club and restaurant. management of the business social media pages (marketing). • Familiarity with POS systems • Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a leader • Finds problem areas, develops solutions and gets the job done Familiarity with the following systems a plus: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Point of Sale systems Photoshop InDesign
