Found Hello Kitty Plushy in Flood

We found a hello kitty plushy in the flood debris on Wednesday afternoon. It has a yellow shirt and a striped bow. It looks like a Halloween themed hello kitty. It was pretty muddy when we found it so it's in the washing machine right now getting cleaned up. Email me if you know who's it is and I'll drop it off :)
