Aquinas HVAC is looking for a Lead Installer and an experienced Service Technician to start immediately.
This is a full-time position working regular business hours with little weekend on-call availability, you will rotate.
Aquinas focuses mainly on multi-family (apartments) and services all brands and models of heating & cooling equipment.
We do everything from large capital project changeouts to individual installs and service daily.
Lead installer - In this role, you will act as a foreman onsite making sure that the job is running properly, all installers are on task and meeting targets. You will report to your Install Manager.
Service technician - In this role, you will be called to multiple properties to service HVAC equipment, make repairs and ensure that either one, the units are up and running prior to leaving or two, you have communicated effectively with property management as to what steps need to be taken next. You will report to your Service Manager.
We are looking for experienced candidates that can hit the ground running!
We offer competitive wages, benefits and room for advancement. Pay range is $24 – $32/hr. DOE.
