Well established landscape company seeks dependable Landscape Maintenance Account Manager * Wage range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. * Sign on bonus of $400-$800 depending on experience level proven during 1st week of employment (paid out 1/2 after 30 days, 2nd 1/2 after 60 days, with on-time daily attendance). * Company Vehicle and Company cell phone provided for daily business use only. * Paid every Friday for previous week. * Paid vacation and sick time. * Referral bonuses available for referring new employees to company Functions & Duties: - Work with management & field staff to provide outstanding service and achieve high marks in customer satisfaction - Coordinate all relative services with staff, vendors & clients - Train, mentor and hold accountable designated staff - Physically review designated jobsites and document and communicate general conditions to crews, supervisors and clients - Work with clients to determine annual budget projections for additional services - Conduct and participate in management meetings to review and schedule projects - Assist management & admin team in creating quotes and ensuring invoicing for all billable services outside maintenance contracts Requirements: - Possess a clean & acceptable Arizona driver’s license - Minimum 15 years of experience in Landscape Management services - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and Estimating systems) - Knowledge of equipment types and applications relative to service efficiency & completion - Knowledge of SW U.S. desert plant life, irrigation systems and plant water-requirements - Customer service skills, including Enhancements & Arbor sales, communication & follow-through - High-level, consistent communication skills - Excellent time management & scheduling skills - Ability to work alone and as a team member - Bilingual in English & Spanish - Arizona Landscape Contractors Association Certifications a plus Company promotes education and employee development.
