Well established landscape company seeks Director of Landscape Enhancements & Contract Services * Wage range: $72,800 - $83,200 annually, depending on experience * Sign on bonus of $400-$800 depending on experience level proven during 1st week of employment (paid out 1/2 after 30 days, 2nd 1/2 after 60 days, with on-time daily attendance) * Company Vehicle and Company cell phone provided for daily business use only * Paid every Friday for previous week * Paid vacation and sick time * Referral bonuses available for referring new employees to company Functions & Duties: - Work with account management staff and customers to sell and produce all services outside of landscape management contracts - Produce annual budget projections for customers - Coordinate all relative services with staff, vendors & clients - Train and hold accountable designated staff - Conduct and participate in management meetings to review and schedule projects - Communicate site and general conditions to team and supervisors - Assist management & admin team in creating quotes and ensuring invoicing for all billable services Requirements: - Possess a clean & acceptable Arizona driver’s license - Minimum 15 years of experience in Landscape Enhancements Sales, in-field design skills, and project scheduling, production & management - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and Estimating systems) - Knowledge of equipment types and applications relative to project efficiency & completion - Knowledge of Southwest U.S. desert plant life, irrigation systems and plant water-requirements - Customer service skills, including Sales, Communication & Follow-through - High-level, consistent communication skills - Excellent time management & scheduling skills - Ability to work alone and as a team member - Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus - Arizona Landscape Contractors Association Certifications a plus Company participates in E-Verify and is a drug & alcohol-free, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer that welcomes all qualified applicants.
