Golden Valley Property Management is hiring a On-Site Maintenance Handyman / Porter for $15-18 per hour plus healthcare & benefits at a 332-unit Condominium Association in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. Brief: The Maintenance Handyman/porter reports to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance team employees maintain, repair & service the facilities & common property & are available for emergencies after-hours. This is a trainee position but basic knowledge of property maintenance is a plus. While seeking an experienced maintenance employee, training on the specifics of the property will be handled with certification &/or training program in various trades provided if needed. Duties: Responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all common property within the condominium complex. -- -Empty Outside Trash -Hose off Catwalks -Clean Laundry Rooms -Clean Clubhouse and Gym -Keep Grills Tidy -Cleep Pool Deck Clean and Pool Furniture Clean -Assist the Maintenance Department with smaller tasks. Maintain a positive environment with other staff and assist in promoting a high-quality living experience for the residents. Receive, review & prioritize daily work orders as part of the Maintenance Team. Daily grounds inspection/maintenance / clean up Analyze and acquire the material needs for projects. Ensure the maintenance shops are neat and organized when work is completed at all locations. Implement, with approval, modifications & improvements to building systems with the Maintenance Supervisor. Notify the Maintenance Supervisor of all conditions that are unsafe or are areas of concern. Including recommendations for resolving the situation. Ensure all emergency maintenance situations are handled timely & properly. Perform and supervise any in-unit maintenance services that may be provided by Association. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
