Wanted: A full-time Experienced Maintenance Manager for a mobile home community located in Spring Valley, Must come with a honest and positive attitude and be reliable. This prospective candidate will professionally interact with residents, vendors; Will be responsible for Maintenance around the community. This position consist of knowledge in light plumbing, electrical, meeting work order deadlines, trash pick up, cleaning common areas, light landscape, cleaning bathrooms, pool and spa testing, painting, sweeping, usage of power washer, blower, company truck provided, golf cart, keep inventory on equipment clean, practices safety protocols. We do a full background check including driving record and criminal background. ALTHOUGH RARE, This candidate MUST be Available for after hours emergencies, a company cell phone will be provided.
