Not sure the most appropriate category to place this offering. I have a big beautiful swimming pool going to waste and thought there must be a family or group of friends who would enjoy using it. Pool is located behind 4 units and is completely private with private entrance and 8' wall all around. There are tenants here but they do not use it although they are welcome to. I figured I may as well open it up to someone who could really appreciate it on these hot days. $100/day / minimum 3 hours - Hours Available: Noon to 7pm. Bring your own food/refreshements. Private bathroom accessible from pool. Misters installed. Sign liability release. Joe /
