Location: Fenn Tower and Euclid Commons at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH Job Description This position performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal What your day might look like Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, and model apartments Freshen up any vacant or show units as needed Assist in the “make-ready” process by performing assigned duties Organizing and restocking cleaning supplies as needed Notify Community Manager if you notice any potential safety hazards What we are looking for Outstanding customer service and someone who can interact effectively with a diverse group of people Knowledge and skilled in the safe use of cleaning fluids and tools Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively What we can offer you Competitive salary Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance Retirement savings with a 401(k) and company match Generous holiday & vacation package Opportunities for growth and advancement YOUR OPPORTUNITY is Beyond Expectations: BE Greystar.
