We’re looking for “great attitude” and "very fast" cooks with deep fryer experience, frying pan/grilling experience, and food prep workers.
Spanish Bilingual is preferred but not required.
The 626 night market is a fast paced event filled with hungry foodies and creative vendors at the Santa Anita Racetrack. We have one of the largest food booths and we need some amazing deep fryers, grillers and food prep workers to serve our many guests. If you’re a very hard worker, don’t complain, and love being part of an amazing team, please hit us up!
(2) EXPERIENCED COOKS: Payrate range $700-$800 Cash
Required 40 hours:
Thursday 6pm-9pm
Friday 12pm-12am
Saturday 12pm-12am
Sunday 12pm-1am
EXPERIENCED FOOD PREP (be ok with cutting onions) : Payrate range $500-$600 Cash

*If you decide to quit early, your pay rate will be based on $15hr PLUS payroll tax deductions (approximately 7%.)
So please do not apply if you feel you may leave early.
*You must have your own vehicle.
*Pay is paid out in cash at the end of Sunday. Do not apply if you want to paid out daily.
*We pay for your 30minute lunch time, but we do not provide you your lunch. Please prepare accordingly.
*We have many more night markets after this, so if you're interested and you work well, you may be offered more work.
