2 baby black kittens

Hello I found 2 baby black kitten look to be 5 or 6 weeks old as I was getting off work last night by the parking lot. I looked everywhere for mom or other kittens. I have gave them a bath and took care of all fleas and fed them, they seem to be eating on their own. Unfortunately I can not keep them as my place does not allow pets and I’m not trying to get kicked out or fined. I am asking a small rehoming fee of 40 dollars for both kittens, to make sure they will be taken care of and not fall as bait. I’m close by Anaheim and visit my mom in whittier incase anyone wanted to meet up
