Garten is hiring a Production Supervisor to join our compassionate and hardworking team! Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 👉 Responsible for directing the work of 10-15 warehouse employees and equipment operators 👉 Responsible for training and mentoring all warehouse personnel 👉 Responsible for communication and managing both Garten employees as well as temporary staff in regards to payroll and workload 👉 Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse to reflect cleanliness, efficiency and organization. 👉 Monitors and receives incoming material orders from approved vendors 👉 Ensures the Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to 👉 Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
