I am a property manager looking for a handyperson who can handle general fixes. Things may include changing door handles, fixing a sink leak, adjusting a door or its frame, changing stove burners, spackle, paint, fixing a toilet, fixing grout, shower/tub fixes, cleaning an area from a past tenant, and so on and so on. This work will not be super consistent as it's only when the buildings need maintenance. We can schedule work days around your current schedule and on the weekends if needed. We are very flexible with when the work gets done. We will have you come in when there is a solid day's work without a problem or we can schedule half days if you already work during the day if you'd like.
