Well established commercial General Contractor seeking a full time laborer. Applicants shall possess the following characteristics; • Be organized, reliable, hardworking and self-motivated • Be familiar with the construction industry and/or have a willingness to learn • Have experience working with hand tools (trade experience a plus) • Have the ability to communicate in English, clearly and respectfully with Supervisors and Sub-contractors • Must have reliable transportation, preferably a work truck or van, and a clean driving record • Accept responsibility for work performance and respond positively to constructive directives • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • OSHA training a plus Duties include but are not limited to; • Digging & Heavy lifting • Minor demolition • Job site cleanup • Loading and unloading materials • Communicating effectively with Supervisors and sub-contractors Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
