We do primarily residential properties for various customers including Property Management - Realors/Brokers - Investors - Private Home Owners We have a range of needs and pay. But our biggest problem has been people responding to "painter" ads that do not have experience in painting. So if you did minor work in the past, please don't feel that makes you a "painter" We start with a negotiated pay scale, after a job or two and we know your skill set. We start at $18 hr and go up from there depending on your skills and speed.
