Maintenance Technician – Day Shift Do they call you “Handy”? Do you know general facility maintenance including small jobs of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, refrigeration and pool operations? Are you CPO certified or willing to get certified? Does your knowledge include preventative maintenance programs and regular maintenance schedules? Then you might be our next Facility Maintenance Technician. You must have good time management skills and great customer service and above average communication skills. You must be familiar with large facility operations including audio visual equipment/microphones, projectors, laptops, CD’s and DVD’s for power point presentations and kitchen operations both cold and hot equipment. Must have 2 years previous experience with facility maintenance. Must be on-time and detail oriented along with a full understanding of safety procedures both state and federal. We are Sun City Roseville Community Association, an active adult community with a large group of building and facilities to maintain. Apply by resume or application.
