Hiring Warehouse Personnel! 1st shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30pm to 1:00am We offer DAY ONE benefits! OnTrack is seeking reliable warehouse personnel to join our team at our client’s [climate controlled] distribution center in the Jonestown, PA area. Forklift Operator, $17.50/hour • Will be responsible for the storage and replenishment of finished product and supplies as required to meet daily shipping schedules • Accurately complete required documentation on inventory transactions and safely operate various equipment used for the retrieval and storage of product. Qualifications: • Certified on forklift, experience with clamp • Strong math, reading and comprehension skills and attention to detail a must. • Prior inventory or warehouse experience necessary. • The ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or ability to be trained and certified for safe operation of material handling equipment. • Flexibility to multi-task within department, as well as assist in other areas as required by business needs. Warehouse Associate, $15-16/hour • Rotate into Production, Fulfillment and Repackaging tasks as needed. • Assemble and package product • Pick, Pack and Ship customer orders • Inspect and prep returned product • Maintain established quality standards for product presentation • Maintain established productivity standards Qualifications: • Ability to transition quickly and effectively to various tasks and procedures. • Ability to retain procedures from each of the assigned work areas. • Basic computer skills including Outlook, Oracle, and WMS or the ability to be trained. • Personal initiative to meet established goals while working independently or with a team. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to changing priorities. • Ability to lift to 25 pounds OnTrack Staffing is a Drug Free, EEO, and i9 E-Verify Employer.
