We are seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with rotating every 3rd weekend on-call. Starting pay ranges from $16.00-$25.00 plus monthly bonuses based on your work experience, skills and whether you have your Type II or Universal EPA Certification.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, apartments, amenities, grounds and common areas of the property meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, functionality and resident appeal.
Essential duties include general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and appliance repair.
