Acclaro Research Solutions, Inc., a woman-owned small business, is currently seeking a friendly, energetic individual to provide housekeeping and light maintenance support in a small office building in Baltimore's Central Business District. This individual will be responsible for a variety of cleaning activities including: • vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing • disposing of trash • check stocking levels of consumables and replace when appropriate • be aware of and remove any safety risks such as tripping hazards OR notify others of the hazard • complete and/or assist with minor maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs • notify facilities manager of any damage or need for repairs, maintenance, or safety concerns • adhere to health and safety policies and procedures Convenient to public transportation!
