Cleaners and Monitors needed for long-term large-scale cleanroom construction project in Richardson, TX. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Wiping and/or vacuuming walls, ceilings, floors, along with all installed pipes, duct, and conduit etc., restocking supplies, removing trash as well as monitoring all contractors onsite to ensure all specified protocols are followed. Must be able to work on your feet all day. Working from aerial lifts and/or ladders will be required. Some (minimal) lifting may be required. All work is indoors. Rate of pay will be $17.00 to start. Raises will be taken into consideration throughout the project. Hours are M-F 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM {40 hrs./week + 10 hrs. overtime@ time (must work over 40 hrs. to receive the overtime). Safety boots will be needed, all other PPE will be provided. You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. and possess reliable transportation.
