Maintenance Supervisor and Technician Needed!!

Rudeen Management is in search of a maintenance supervisor as well as a maintenance tehnician! Location will depend on position offered but will range between our Post Falls properies as well as Hayden,ID. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE : Will have excellent attention to detail and take great pride in the quality of their work. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of general building maintenance procedures, strong mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn new skills. Experience with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems is a plus. The knowledge of proper safety precautions and must have a passion for customer service and the ability to be self-motivated and work alone. Will be responsible for turning units in a timely manner, punchlists,painting,handeling resdient work orders etc General grounds keeping duties including but not limited to: Maintenance and upkeep of all outside areas, Daily Pet waste clean-up, cutting and weeding vegetation, clean parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, empty outside trash containers. Snow removal in the winter months will be a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: High School diploma or equivalent, The ability to pass a full background check. Duties may require handling and lifting heavy weights and equipment up to one hundred (100) pounds. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to work hard and will work well with a great team! This is a full-time position. Schedule and pay will be as follows: Supervisor- Monday-Friday $18-$21 hourly DOE Maintenance Technician- Tuesday-Saturday $17-$19 DOE Please forward your resume if you feel that you are a good fit!
