JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Facilities Manager Reports To: General Manager GENERAL DESCRIPTION Aria is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing event set up, building maintenance and facilities team management. This role is vital to the daily operations of ARIA and is especially important in the successful execution of our events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS Staffing, training, scheduling and supervision of Facilities Team Set-up and strike of events per the specifications of each event order Assist clients upon arrival on event days Maintain rental inventory, including lighting, chairs, and tables Keep rental items organized and put away consistently, reporting any damage or issues to General Manager Assist with installation and strike of rental items, including decorative lighting and furniture options. Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of building both interior and exterior Ensure that custodial standards are being kept up and toiletries/cleaning supplies as needed are ordered as needed Work in close communication with the General Manager and report all significant issues. Maintain a consistent and high level of cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring that Aria is always presentable to visitors. QUALIFICATIONS Ideal applicants will have general knowledge of event set-up requirements, HVAC, basic plumbing, electrical, lighting and custodial procedures. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be comfortable working on a catwalk. This individual must be able to work under minimal instruction, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to converse with our clients in a clear and comfortable manner. Must be available to work a flexible schedule which include weekends and night shifts HOURS & COMPENSATION: Full Time Salary $40k - $45k (based on experience) Flexible hours based on event schedules Paid parking PTO and paid holidays available after 90 days of employment Medical & dental insurance available after 90 days of employment
