Local Residential Construction Company looking to hire a full time lead carpenter. Location: Jefferson County and Berkeley County CARPENTER Position Requirements: · 5 or more years of relevant Carpentry experience with Kitchens, Baths, Basements, Porch/Decks, Additions, etc. · Carpentry tools · References that can vouch for your experience · Physical ability to perform necessary construction tasks (carrying and lifting materials) · Valid/clean driver's license · Transportation to get to multiple job sites with tools and materials on any given day · Skills required to read plans and lead kitchen, bath, basement, additions and other renovation projects · Expertise in working with and directing relevant subcontractors (ELE, PLM, GAS, HVAC) Benefits: · Biweekly pay – based on experience · Employees accrue paid holidays and personal/vacation/sick days based on seniority · We review our employees every six months to ensure they are developing their skills and compensated fairly · Vehicle allowance How to Apply: · Please send a resume with your relevant experience and your hourly pay requirements.
