Cleaner / Maid needed for house/home

I'm looking for someone who can help with 2 different projects. 1) I have an office to clean where it’s a lot of boxes and old pc equipment, wiping and sanitizing. This starts immediately. 2) I'm also looking for a permanent Maid / House Cleaner to come over occasionally and help out around the house. Ideally, I would like to find someone reliable & trustworthy. Looking to find someone cute and being flirtatious also helps. Your not required to wear any type of outfits or anything that typically comes with this position. We just need some help.
