Manufactured Housing Communities in Des Plaines and Elgin, IL are searching for a Groundskeeper/General Maintenance Technician to join the team. In this role you will be working with the Management Staff to provide our residents with a clean and welcoming place to call home. Responsibilities Include: - Picking up garbage throughout the community - Watering plants, as needed - Shoveling snow, as needed - Inspecting the site and issuing violation notices - Cutting grass and using a weed wacker - Completing general maintenance requests dealing with: plumbing, painting, general maintenance, etc. - Getting homes ready for move-in - Ultimately, just being a team player and helping when and where you are needed Position 1 is located in Des Plaines, IL Position 2 is located in Elgin, IL 40 hours per week.
