We are looking for hands-on mechanically inclined and willing to learn individuals. No experience necessary. We will Train. Composite Manufacturing $15.50 no experience to start. Job Functions - Finish sizing of parts using grinders, routers, and sanders (tolerance 1/16”) - Sand and prepare surfaces for paint (including bondo and putty) - Paint part interior flat black or exterior with prime - Sand, touchup, and polish gel coat surfaces (class B finish) - Drill holes using complex jigs and fixtures. - Perform assemblies using hand tools and know how to use most fasteners. - Perform bonding and lamination operation. - Perform inspection of work performed (visual, tape measure, and scale) - Can laminate and roll-out most all production parts with minimal supervision. - Can laminate using basic resin types (Poly, ISO) and catalyst. - Under supervision, can use various types of reinforcements, core materials, and fillers during the lamination process. - Learning processes towards qualification as a Hand Laminator II Required Skills - Use power tools, Sanders, grinders, Drills, and routers - Use Jigs and Fixtures - Measuring tools tape measure - Able to read basic Schematics, Blueprints or Drawings - Basic Math
