Job Description: The Full-time Appointment Coordinator primary responsibilities will include; receiving calls at the dealership and greeting customers in person, listen to descriptions of customer concerns, problems or service needed, determine the type of service needed and schedule the customer with an appointment. Job Duties Include: Answer incoming service calls in a timely and polite manner Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner Schedule customer appointments using automated scheduling system Assist with checking in service customers Manage Service Department loaner car fleet Provides information to the public and internal customer by mail, email and telephone Accurately and efficiently process cash and credit card transactions and use a computer system Provide lunch coverage to receptionists/cashiers General office duties, including filing, inventories Other duties as assigned Hours: M-F 7:00AM – 5:00PM, Occasional Saturday We Offer great benefits for our employees which include: Different medical plans to choose from.
