We are looking for a general handyperson for several rental properties. Must be capable of the following: - Basic carpentry - Basic electrical - Painting - Plumbing - Fixture Replacement - Exterior maintenance such as gutter cleanout - Basic Concrete Repair - Self motivation with good problem solving skills Please note the following: - Must have your own hand tools and be willing to work on both interior and exterior when required - Work varies in duration - Work sites are located in Livonia, Redford, and surrounding areas - Must possess a valid driver license, working cell phone, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check Our ideal find would be someone who is courteous, punctual, and possesses great people skills as he or she may need to interface with tenants from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
