The Honest Abe Field Manager is a professional and a vital link on the Honest Abe Roofing Success Chain. The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the Partner Crews to ensure that the customer experience meets what is promised during the initial consultation and all roofing system work is done properly. Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Visiting 1 to 2 job sites per day interacting with crews and homeowners Ensuring the Honest Abe Roofing Executive Installation Process is being adhered to: Taking photographs of job progress (214) 543-7017 Communicating progress or concerns to the Operations Manager Ensuring materials are onsite, delivering materials, hauling waste as needed Leading by example The successful candidate will have the following: - Strong initiative - Effective communication with customers, partner crews and employees - Project management skills and ability to update the project management system - Attention to detail - The ability to anticipate, plan and Act! Roofing experience, a valid drivers license and a background check are required. High School diploma and/or GED is preferred.
