Description

The service technician is responsible for completing all scheduled appointments on a daily basis. The technician is the primary contact for all service appointments and it is critical that they provide superb customer service. Complete all paperwork according to company systems. Typical work activities includes: completing service appointments, collection payment, completing all paperwork, keeping truck clean and stocked and improving education. The position requires great attention to detail, ability to work within schedule, great customer service skills, positive attitude, professional/clean appearance, legible hand writing, ability to properly fill out paperwork, good math skills and great communication with office staff to ensue quality customer service.
