Hiring construction supervisor assistant  We are a small construction trade company growing exponentially and looking for a great supervisor assistant to help us. We are located in the Garden Ridge area and you must have your own transportation to get to our office and back daily. This job opening is a full time position from M-F 7am-4pm with a one hour lunch break in between.  Must meet the following criteria for the supervisor assistant position - must be bilingual (speak English & Spanish) - must have a valid driver license to drive company truck  - must have some type of new residential construction experience  - must know how to compose emails with correct grammar and spelling - must know how to communicate on the phone with our company staff and others outside the company.  - must be able to direct technicians and crews with proper instructions and knowledge  - must know to read a residential house floor plans, Tract Homes and Custom Homes   - capable of managing our work schedule that is constantly changing - must be able to make competent decisions on your own  - will have to do physical work if needed.  - this can be a stressful environment at times and you must know how to deal with it without losing your composure  - all construction jobs we are doing are outside and most jobs don't have AC till the very final stages, you must be capable of working in the hot Texas summer weather.  Please submit your resume for revision.
