Description
As a Community Assistant, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks in preparation of apartment turn season. This person will offer support to our maintenance teams to ensure our residents have the best possible experience living in our communities. This is a temporary, non-exempt position, reporting to the Property Manager.
-Assist in the turnover process in all units.
-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in a interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.
