Kittens and Mom looking for homes

I have two kittens (~12 weeks, boy and girl) and their mother (~1 year old) that need homes ASAP. They all went in for a vet check up July 2nd. The mom has her rabies vaccine, is being spayed today (July 14th) and tested negative for common diseases. The kittens were given their FVRCP vaccines and are due for their rabies vaccine at the end of the month. All have been treated for worms and fleas. I am happy to give vet records.
