We have plenty of open shifts in the Portland and surrounding areas. Positions we are hiring for: ★Banquet Servers ★Buffet Servers ★Bartenders & Bar Backs ★Bussers/Food Runner ★Culinary - Prep & Line Cooks ★Dishwashers Servers should have 6 months of experience in either catering, banquets or restaurants and have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handlers Permit. Bar staff should have 6 months of experience behind the bar and have a valid OLCC permit. Culinary and kitchen staff should have 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen or be a recent culinary graduate and have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handlers Permit. All staff must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to work legally in the United States. Our typical uniform is: Front of House: Black slacks, black button up (long sleeved) dress shirt, black tie, black non-slip shoes, black socks, black bistro apron. Back of House: Black pants (or Chef pants), solid black T-shirt / Polo shirt (or Chef coat), black non-slip shoes.
