We are looking for an experienced Framer to join our construction team Full-time. In this position, you will construct the wooden frame of the house. You will select the materials, cut the pieces of wood to the right length. Our ideal applicant has construction and carpentry experience. We frame custom homes, remodels, additions, ADU's, Patios and decks. Tools are provide minus tool belt and hand tools. If your are able to read blueprints that's a plus Duties and Responsibilities: Cut the lumber into the appropriate lengths Follow instructions / directions Come prepared to work hard Be dependable Get along with all other staff and team Must have transpiration Clean up the job site Requirements and Qualifications: Must be hardworking Must be dependable and follows directions Must be a team player and get along with others Hand tools and Tool belt Construction experience Experience with a variety of hand and power tools Must be able to work 40hr a week Pay is dependent on experience
