Our crews install everything from basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products, to piering and concrete lifting. As a company we are One Team working together to redefine the industry and the customer experience. We are looking for hands-on Construction/Concrete Installers to work as part of a production crew to perform installation and construction duties as instructed and lead by a foreman. We have openings for experienced Installers, OR, those who have no experience but are willing to learn! What You Need to be Qualified: • High school diploma or GED preferred • 1+ years of experience in the construction trades preferred. • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects. • Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces. • A valid driver’s license preferred (and/or CDL), safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company. • Ability to travel overnight occasionally. • Ability to work overtime if needed. • Regular and punctual attendance. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
