Odyssey Hospitality needs help maintaining its Airbnb's in Monroe County, PA. The person in charge of our trash removal will work part time (1-3x a week) removing trash from our Airbnb's. We will pay bi-weekly depending on the amount of visits per Airbnb. We will pay between $40-$60 (depending on the house) per house per removal with a bi-weekly earning potential of $600. YOU’RE A GOOD FIT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU: - Have a pick up truck - Like working with your hands - Are timely and dependable - Can work independently and do it well - Enjoy flexibility - Looking for an additional source of income TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Removing garbage 1-3x per week and taking it to a trash removal facility - Ensure that the garbage bins are kept clean - Communicate any issues in a timely manor - Other tasks as assigned NECESSARY AVAILABILITY: - 1/3x per week for an hour each day. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Some experience with maintenance - Reliable transportation to pick up and dispose of garbage COMPENSATION: $40-$60/hr
