SERVPRO of the Seacoast is seeking to urgently fill a few positions on our reconstruction team. Overtime opportunities are endless and this position is full time. Reconstruction Project Manager Duties: Review/track initial field documentation from lead sources and prior mitigation Track & review job file forms and job site documentation including: copying, scanning, electronic photo zip files. Provide quality experience and overall customer satisfaction Assist with scope & coordinate active project updates, proposals, invoices and purchase orders. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, and vendors Create preliminary Xactimate estimate and file setup The ideal candidate will have/be: 3+ years of construction experience Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office & Apple devices (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) Able to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software Reconstruction Technician Duties: Prepare the layout of the project. Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions. Select materials. Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors. Work with various building materials. Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures. Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives. Check work along the way to ensure it meets quality standards. Install cabinets and molding. Some remodeling Install partitions, doors, and windows. Drywall and insulation replacement A valid driver's license is required as you will be using our company vehicles daily.
