The Distribution Center Department Supervisor leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work in their department of the distribution center. This person manages the day-to-day operations and departmental performance of the distribution center, while relying on leadership, coaching, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual/team goals. The DC Department Supervisor performs a wide variety of tasks and procedures while leading and directing the work of team members within the warehouse.
