Jack Russel dog on the loose

There is a female Jack Russel dog out and running around in the Meriwether Estates sub division. Smart and shy dog with a black training collar/ tracking device? We tried to get her on a leash but she’s shy and super fast, & runs away. Last seen at exactly 12pm, Wednesday the 14th, headed toward Rocky Top Court from Stonewall drive (between Oakland and Millington Rds) running through back yards. To the Owner: She was in the same back yard that you scooped him up from last week (or ten days ago), but she ran to the East from there, into the cul de sac (Rocky Ct). I tried to feed her a bone and slowly get a hold of her collar, but she was skid-ish and fast.
