Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities: * Manages records of activity in maintenance log. * Groundskeeper must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. * Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems. * Provide residents with outstanding customer service. * Groundskeeper may be asked to pressure wash, use paint spray guns, etc. Other experience like....... Carpentry, Hotel, Motel, Condominium, Mobile Home, Bank Foreclosures, and Construction Maintenance experience are welcomed! All maintenance skills can be used to successfully start your career in multi-family housing! Groundskeeper Requirements: * *At least 6 months of multi-family experience preferred. * *Reliable transportation required. * *Willing to submit to a background check. * The ability to safely lift 60 pounds and work standing up. Daily Tasks May Include: Trash removal, Sweeping/Mopping, Light landscaping (removing dead leaves/ plant debris from walk ways), Painting, Power washing, Cleaning of vacant units for new tenants, and other projects as directed by the maintenance team.
