Musician looking to form a Hard Rock band

Hello, Bass player looking to form a Hard Rock (Godsmack, Breaking Ben, Seether, and others) band to record originals and play shows. The goal would be to build enough music together to play original shows and build the bands brand. This would also include putting together visual content such as music videos, group photo's, a website, Facebook page and schedule regular rehearsals. The intent would be to take things serious enough to put out good music and quality content but no expectation of a glorious "record deal" (basically a bad bank loan) to "make it". If the project is successful and we work hard, opportunities will present themselves. (festivals, increased following) If this sounds interesting please reply to this post.
