Bass Player Looking for Band

Bass player looking to join or startup an original rock band. I've played with indie, rock, and punk metal bands in the past and I would be interested in anything along those lines. I currently play with a group here in Charlotte but our drummer is moving away and we are mostly doing recordings now. I'm really looking for a group that does consistent practice with original songs and plays shows a couple of times per month. I am 30 and have been playing bass seriously for over 6 years now, with good gear and transportation.
