Need exterior of apartment building painted and gutters installed

I need someone to replace any rotten wood around the exterior, powerwash, paint the exterior of my apartment building and install gutters. I will pay for all the materials. I just need a labor quote. We will be painting the brick one color and the siding another. The windows will be trimmed out with the brick color. This can start as soon as we can agree on price and timing.
