Family in Pasadena seeks a Full-Time Nanny who is proactive in her care and daily routine with the children, organized, smart, kind, honest, creative, a wonderful communicator, knowledgeable in child development, positive in discipline strategies, and must speak/read/write fluent English & Spanish. Must be willing to speak ONLY Spanish language to the children. Start Date: ASAP- Flexible start date Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm (occasionally 5:30pm) - Seeking a minimum of 1 1/2 years commitment to this schedule Location: Pasadena, CA (91107) Children: 2 children, ages ~2 yrs old & ~4 1/2 years old Rate: $23/hr Position will be paid on the books through a payroll company, W-2 provided Benefits: All government holidays off, paid. Guaranteed Pay. 1 week paid vacation, and 5 sick/personal days off per year, annual raises based on performance. Childcare Duties: complete care of both children at all times to include: feeding, dressing, playtime (indoor & outdoor), arts & crafts, learning activities, preparing older child for pre-school (snack, clothes, backpack, etc.) and transportation to/from pre-school (8:30am-11:30am), nap time routine for younger child. Home Duties: cleaning up after the children: dishes, counter-tops, kitchen floors where food may have dropped, tending to the children's play room and bedrooms, children's laundry Pet in home: 1 cat Parents working from home: yes Please ONLY apply if you meet the following additional requirements: CPR/First-Aid Certified, Clear Background Screening to include DMV report, Child Development Knowledge, minimum 3+ years of professional nanny/teaching experience with children age 2-5, Fluent English/Spanish speaking/reading/writing, Authorized to work in the USA, Valid Driver's License, Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
