This is an ideal position for a cleaning "team". Individuals are fine as well, just a "team" concept generally works well. We need evening help cleaning properties around the Lake County area. We're mostly looking for people in the following areas, Fruitland Park, Leesburg and Clermont. It's a part-time position now, but a great opportunity for a future full-time position - soon if that's what you're looking for. I'm looking for someone that just does the job right, every time without requiring a supervisor watching and correcting. This position isn't for everyone but is great for the type of person that just wants to do their job, get it done, do it right and not have someone on your back the entire time. We have more work available, once you're trained, proficient and comfortable in the position. The compensation is per job/unit and pays well. The current work is probably two to three evenings a week to start. You need a driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good work ethic. We provide equipment, training, and supplies. Pay is per job, payroll (you're an employee, not a subcontractor) and we use direct deposit. We have many different teams working throughout the state that really enjoy this position. Must be a Team player and must be willing to travel to surrounding areas!
