Responsibilities Have a clear understanding of the AS400 and Drivers management tool. Don't worry, we will teach you. Participate in all required shop meetings. Keep Detail Shop Production Tracking Board updated. Daily log sheets must be filled out and legible. Key the log sheet information in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the accuracy of payroll. Monitor supply levels and notify correct personnel of shortages. Also, make sure supplies are noted and documented properly for retail usage. Monitor daily quota and goals set by Regional, Manager, and/or Account Reps. Ensure that all vendors/partners are producing quality products and meeting production needs. Ensures that all employees are following company policies and procedures. Report all infractions to the Regional Management team or Human Resources. Make sure any redos are addressed immediately. Make sure all units pass QC inspection before exiting the lane. Participate in lane walks at Detail Shop Manager or Regional’s request Report any maintenance issues to the facility maintenance department and/or Detail Shop Manager/Regional Management team. Qualifications: Must have at least one year of experience Must be flexible enough to work weekends including some Sundays in a very fast-paced environment Must have a clean & and valid Driver’s License Must have a great attitude and is motivated to earn top dollars.
