Need a little help after low back surgery. One toilet needs a new seat and the other needs tank water level adjuster higher. Have an outside water faucet that drips. I will pay $90 and you nee buy seat and faucet washer at Lowe s or Home depot both a mile from my house. I am serious and there is nothing else offered. Thanks for reading
